the room was spacious and it had an excellent view. the staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions. the location was close to many shops and restaurants.
The gym had limited equipment. Only three treadmills were available. the elevators were slow, causing waiting times. the breakfast was expensive for what it offered. There was no buffet option.

repeat stay confirms quality
clean room comfortable bed cute staff
i had a soho room during my recent visit. the room was big, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom provided everything needed for a relaxing stay, it was well-equipped. i also found the staff to be very cute and nice!
elevator waiting times were longer than expected. there were some delays, and occasionally i waited more than 5 minutes. this occurred mainly during peak hours.

the hotel restaurant offers a wide selection of foods and beverages. the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order omelets. seating was plentiful, and i never had to wait for a table. the waitstaff was attentive and efficient!

the location was excellent it was very close to a subway stop for easy access uptown the staff were helpful and very pleasant to deal with i enjoyed the city views from my room it was great. the room size was excellent amenities were great the staff was professional and friendly everything was easy. i liked the room it included a nespresso machine the bathroom had two sinks there was a wonderful view from the room.
the hvac system was loud there was a cockroach in my room the lighting in the room was subpar it was difficult to find outlets. room service was slow the update to the rooms felt surface level it needs more work to feel luxurious. the elevators could take a long time to arrive waiting felt inefficient it installed a new system but it didn't provide better timing the bathtub seemed dirty.
